he main difference is: LED power supply is a constant current source, general switching power supply is a constant voltage source.

  LED power supply features:
   1. The requirement must be cross flow.
   2. Low temperature, low heat and long life.
   3, small size, slim size for our 30w~150w led driver
   4. Waterproof led power supply, anti-corrosion and anti-static.
   5. High-frequency pollution.

UL listed led power supply


Ordinary power supplies and low-quality LED power supplies have serious high-frequency pollution. Even if the output DC is filtered with inductance and large capacitors, the waveforms are very complicated. Poor power supply, the UL listed led power supply itself may not be bad, but the LED life and light decay are greatly reduced. The design difficulty of LED switching power supply is volume and price.
