If we found any defective products within warranty ,what Smarts should us do for the defective product ?
Answer: We give 3 years warranty for our Multi-current DIP Adjustment output. If clients use properly, hardly any of feedback from our clients about the led drivers can not work or damaged during warranty time. We do not make up for new replacement if we find damage cames from inappropriate use of clients, But if confirm that damage cames from dimmable led driver itself, we will make replacement with next order.
