Recently, Smarts has developed a new small size Triac/ELV/MLV Dimmable Constant voltage LED Electronic Transformer, the size only 84*40*25mm. They also have the certification for UL-RC,FCC, CE,ROHS.

The thyristor electronic transformer design was originally designed for 12V or 24V halogen lamps driver, and it is mostly used with halogen lamps.

It can be matched with LED lamps, which are compatible loads and can be used with electronic transformers, but the dimming effect may be a little worse than halogen lamps.

The effect of using the trailing edge elv dimmer will be much better. During the recommendation process, customers can expect to use the trailing edge dimmer to test. (We have used cutting-edge dimmers to test the dimming before, such as the thyristor dimmers of model 153p, etc., which will flash when they are adjusted to a low position).
