In daily experience, some electricians will ask the sales of Smarts led power supply before installation, what is the position of the TC point on the power supply? Are they fixed for each series of the led driver?

Actually, it means the TC temperature of the power supply is the surface temperature of UL listed power supply directly above the transformer when the power supply rises to a stable level.
The inside transformer is the hottest part of the power supply. To measure the temperature at the TC point, it is necessary to know how much the temperature reaches when the power supply is operating smoothly. The TC point is above the transformer, and it is difficult to put the label in a very accurate position, so there will be some deviation.

In a conclusion, to make sure where is the TC point of the 12vdc 24vdc led driver, we should strictly follow according to the position of the transformer inside.
