Wiring a red LED strip (or any other monochromatic LED strip) couldn't be easier. Just connect your 100-277Vac main best led power supply (+ve and -ve cables) to the input terminal of the led strip driver, and then connect the starter leads of the LED light bar (again +ve and -ve) to the led strip driver output terminals.

If the 12v 100w led power supply is not high and powerful, you can use one best led power supply to drive one LED strips. As shown in the figure, it can be obtained from any electrical supplier to distribute a single power supply among multiple outputs.

Connect the input terminal of the transformer to the 100-277V main power supply (+ve and -ve cables), and connect its output terminal to the input of the power supply. Then connect the start wires (+ve and -ve) of each LED strip to the output of the power supply. For more information, see (picture 2).
